Cartesianism and the Problem of the Existence of External World

The article analyses the transformation of the ideas of Cartesian school on the issue of the proof of the existence of external world. Considers the conceptions of Descartes, Malebranche, Lanion. The conclusion about the theoretical connection of the Cartesian ideas with the subsequent phenomenalism is made. As a starting point, which determined the development of the Cartesian position on the issue of the proof of the existence of external world, is considered psychophysical problem.
