The article reveals the importance of the principle of dialogue in the culture and philosophy of the 20th century. The Central idea of famous thinkers, M. Buber and M. Bakhtin - the impossibility of all intellectual functions to cognition. In the contrast epistemological attitude of "I–It" M. Buber puts the true attitude of "I–You" that allows you to engage in dialogue with all beings, mainly with man and God. "Meeting" between I and You rests on revelation, and means dialogue between subjects. The main focus of the efforts of the Buber – humanism. M Bakhtin puts dialogical relations in the centre for human communication. One-dimensional epistemological mind Bakhtin opposes dialogical art-humanitarian mind. These are two, fundamentally different, though equivalent way of thinking. From a dialogical positions Bakhtin examines Dostoevsky's polyphonic novel. V. Bibler disseminates the findings of Bakhtin's philosophy. He reveals dialogical relationships for the interactions of different philosophical cultures. Each puts the other (other) questions and answers; each emerging philosophical system finds hidden in the old and original features. In this way formed the idea of a “logic of the culture” and not science.
