concerning perception and body as the initial points of philosophical reflexion is analyzed. His attempts to describe the human worlds through the spacial and temporal perspectivism and to elucidate the source of the objectivistic attitude are critically investigated. The following thesis is advanced and substantiated: Judgement has a universal character; it is a primary structure or element of the human-world.
