Abstract

The article gives a systematical analysis of Koranic teaching on revelation and prophets with their peculiar characteristics, such as prophetocentrism, universalism of prophetic missions and their unity. Also, the authors follow the intellectual, theologo-philosophical interpretations of Koranic paradigm in classical muslism culture, especially in Kalam (with its three main schools — mutazilism, asharism and maturidism) and Falsafa, represented in the teachings of Ibn-Sina (Avicenna) and Ibn-Rushd (Averroes).
